Gall Bladder Liver Flush!
Please note:
If you have gallstones they have developed because
your gallbladder has not expelled the bile fully from its sack
over a period of time. This will have happened because the
muscles surrounding the gallbladder sac are and have been in tension
for some time. The usual cause for this is long term stress.
I am glad you will take steps to flush your G.
Bladder. However, unless you seek help for your stress, nothing
will change for you. Sure, you will get relief for the Flush
and save yourself an operation, but that is it. Find yourself
an Acupuncturist or some other qualified practitioner that can
help you to reduce your stress and strengthen your Gallbladder.
RECIPE FOR FLUSHING GALL STONES FROM THE
GALL BLADDER
Drink 1 pint of apple juice a day (throughout the
day between meals) for 5 days
On the 5th day - no evening meal.
*At 6 p.m. dissolve one teaspoon of Epsom Salts in 1/4 pint of
water & drink .
*At 8 p.m. drink teaspoon of Epsom Salts again.
* At 10 p.m. mix 1/4 pint of olive oil with 1/4 pint of freshly
squeezed lemon juice. Mix thoroughly & drink in one gulp if
possible
Go straight to bed / sleep. For the next 2 days sieve your stools
and be on the look out for green jelly like masses.
Comments:
The apple juice will
soften the cholesterol stones.
The Epsom salts will
loosen the bowels and help you go to the toilet the next day .
By not having an evening meal on the day you won't
vomit it out.
The Olive oil will
force the Gallbladder to contract and squeeze the bile and stones
out.
The lemon Juice makes
swallowing the olive oil palatable, with less posibility of vomiting
and to balance the pH. :).
All Body organs have a 2 hour slot out of 24 hours
when they are at their strongest / most energetic. The Gall Bladder's
is from 11 p.m. to 1 am.
Many of my patient have taken the Gall bladder flush and saved
themselves a Gall Bladder operation.
It works Try it out. What have you got to lose?

Frequent Questions
and answers
Q. My
wife suffers from Gall Stones and it is getting worse. Her scan
showed that her gall bladder was 'full of small stones' according
to the Doctor. She hasn't had her O/P appointment yet and we wondered
if the Flush would benefit her or if her sac is too full for it
to be of benefit.
A.it is always worth doing the G Bladder
Flush.
When the G. Bladder is full of stones there will be more discomfort
and the Flush may need to be done approx. once a week till the
Gbladder is clear. (ie till she stops passing stones.)
There is always the posibility that there may be a big stone
blocking the exit and on doing the Flush extreme pain may ensue.
However, if this is likely then it is just as likely at any meal
time when she would least expect it. I recommend having some valium
by the bedside for emergency use as well as tel number of local
hospital in case of emergency
Since the alternative is to have the G Blader taken out Then
it is worth the effort and discomfort to do the Flush and avoid
losing the organ.
When the Gall bladder is full of stones, more than likely the
area below the diaphgram is seized. Self abdominal massage will
be beneficial as well as acupuncture to release the tension.
